Tony joined Lewis Ellis as a Partner in 2010. He deals with commercial investment property across all sectors throughout the UK.

Tony previously held senior positions at CBRE, Morgan Grenfell Laurie, Franc Warwick and Hoddell Stotesbury and has 37 years’ experience in the property industry. Investment highlights include advising on the acquisition and subsequent breakup of the £500m+ P&O Portfolio for Goldman Sachs Whitehall Fund/Green Property, the acquisition of Park House, London EC2 (£150m) for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and the acquisition of the Citrus Portfolio (£130m) for Oaktree/Patrizia.

Clients include Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Valad, Fidelity Worldwide Investment, Oaktree Capital Management, Patrizia and Tristan Capital. 

Tony has recently been involved with the acquisition of The Royals Shopping Centre, Southend (£33.4m) for Valad, the acquisition of the Citrus Portfolio (£130m) for Oaktree/Patrizia and the acquisition of Westside, Hemel Hempstead (£25m) for Tristan Capital/Alchemy AM as well as advising on a number of sales.
