James Caddick

James is a Partner and joined Lewis Ellis in 2004 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University. He primarily deals with national business space and central London office investments.

James has 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Investment highlights include the acquisition of Park House, London EC2 (£150m) for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, acquisition of The Chiswick Nursing Centre, Hammersmith (£18.05m) for M&G Real Estate and the acquisition of Norfolk House, Manchester (£16.8m) for DAWM. 

Clients include M&G Real Estate, Aberdeen Asset Management, CBRE Global Investors, DTZIM, Aviva Investors, Hermes, Knight Frank Investors and Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DAWM). 

James has recently been involved with the sale of Great Western Arcade, Birmingham (£14.5m) for Aviva, the purchase of Wickes, Huntingdon (£5.25m) and Units 143-148 Brierley Road, Walton Summit, Preston (£7.825m) both for Knight Frank Investors and the purchase of the Pilot Unit, Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate (£2.05m) for CBREGi.
