Mint & Sun Portfolios

Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management we advised on the sale of the Mint and Sun Portfolios to Helical Bar.

The Sun Portfolio comprised five industrial assets, whilst the Mint Portfolio comprised nine High Street and retail warehousing assets. The combined quoting price was £52.93m representing 7.50% NIY.
