Charles Watson

Charles joined Lewis Ellis as a Partner in 2020.

Prior to Lewis Ellis he headed the out of town retail capital markets team at CBRE and has over 30 years experience, specialising in out of town retail investments and advising on sales, acquisitions and fundings in the food and non-food sectors. A selection of his clients include M&G Real Estate, Legal & General, Hammerson, British Land, Land Securities, LaSalle Investment Management, Federated Hermes, Caddick Developments, M7 Real Estate and abrdn.

Charles is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
