John Ellison

John was a Founder Partner of Lewis Ellis in 1993.

Prior to Lewis Ellis, he worked at Wetherall Green & Smith and CBRE. He has over 36 years experience in the property industry. John has a strong knowledge of the traditional industrial and office sectors as well as a focus on alternative sector investments including student accommodation, serviced offices and care homes as well as long income opportunities. John has established relationships with a wide range of institutional and property company clients including M&G Real Estate, Federated Hermes, Legal & General, EDR REIM, Oxenwood, CEG, Mapeley and Paloma Capital.

John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
