Julian Gallagher

Julian joined Lewis Ellis as a Partner in 2013 and became an Equity Partner in 2017.

Prior to Lewis Ellis he worked in the investment department at Mason Phillips (now part of Ryden) and has over 16 years capital markets experience, with a focus on the industrial and office sectors. He specialises in sales, acquisitions and development fundings and has transacted in excess of £3 billion across all sectors. A selection of his clients include Nuveen, Columbia Threadneedle, CBRE Global Investors, Clearbell, Marchmont Investment Management, Arrow Capital Partners, IO Group, Copley Point Capital and Roebuck Asset Management.

Julian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum.
